Faith-Based Mental Health at Digital Scale

CDN transformed Mindcare into a multi-platform mental health resource, rapidly expanding visibility, engagement, and subscriber scale.

The Client

Mindcare operates at the intersection of clinical psychology and biblical healing, aiming to transform trauma into testimony. While their expertise in trauma-informed care and “Basic Principles of Mental Health” was profound, their digital footprint was virtually non-existent.
The organization faced a dual challenge:

The Challenge

  1. Audience Deficit: They possessed high-value educational content but lacked the distribution systems to reach those suffering in silence.
  2. Sustainability Mandate: To fund their ministry and future retreats, they needed to monetize their digital presence and drive enrollment for their online courses. This required crossing specific subscriber thresholds on YouTube and establishing a predictable traffic source.

Mindcare needed a strategic partner to build a content supply chain capable of breaking through the noise without compromising the sensitivity of their message.

Strategy & Execution

CDN implemented a Content Adaptation Strategy, shifting the focus from “archiving content” to “engineering retention.” We deployed a hybrid approach that used paid media to spark momentum while building an organic engine to sustain it. The objective was to translate complex health topics into high-velocity assets that the algorithms on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram would actively promote.

  1. High-Velocity Short-Form Production
Recognizing that modern organic reach is driven by short-form video, CDN implemented an aggressive “Shorts” strategy. Over the reporting period, we managed the deployment of over 700 video assets. This volume was not random; it was a calculated stress test of the algorithm to identify winning topics, specifically targeting “trauma recovery” and “mental endurance” keywords.
  2. The improved SEO Pivot
Early in the campaign, growth was linear. CDN analyzed retention data and pivoted the metadata strategy in Q3. We optimized titles, descriptions, and hashtags to align with high-intent search queries on YouTube. This shifted the channel from passive hosting to active discovery.
  3. Hybrid Distribution Model

While YouTube was the organic engine, we utilized Facebook as a strategic amplifier. By running targeted ad campaigns (generating 172,000+ views), we validated content resonance before scaling it organically. This “paid-to-organic” feedback loop allowed us to refine messaging with minimal waste.

Results & Impact

The data from 2025 demonstrates a complete transformation of Mindcare’s digital asset value. The organization moved from obscurity to commanding a substantial, growing audience.

  • Audience Acquisition: The YouTube channel acquired over 11,000 subscribers, with the vast majority of growth occurring in Q4, totalling above 30K for the whole 2025. This surge cleared the critical 1,000-subscriber hurdle required for the YouTube Partner Program (monetization).
  • Viral Momentum: The strategy triggered a sharp growth curve. In December alone, the channel gained over 5,000 new subscribers, more than the previous 11 months combined, proving that the algorithmic foundation had solidified.
  • Brand Visibility: Between Facebook and YouTube, Mindcare generated over 330,000 views (198K on Facebook, 132K on YouTube). This represents a quarter-million touchpoints with individuals seeking mental health support.
  • Engagement at Scale: On Facebook alone, content interactions surged, with 3-second video views increasing by 202%. This indicates that the creative direction is not just reaching people, but hooking their attention.
